"Having the opportunity to experience different cultures and customs in other countries such as Libya and the USA is what initially sparked my interest in global diplomatic and political issues and studying at the A Level Academy has further fuelled this.

The tutors are so supportive and encourage us to aim higher and the smaller class sizes ensure everyone knows each other!

I have now accepted an offer to study Politics at University of East Anglia and once I have graduated, I hope to work for the Diplomatic Service.."

"The transition from high school to studying A levels at College was a big step up for me as you are given more independence and responsibility than you would have in a sixth form environment.

All of my tutors have been so supportive and approachable, offering extra revision sessions when needed, which I am hoping will have paid off come A level results day, so that I can continue my studies with a degree in English Literature and History at Edge Hill University."

"I can honestly say that studying at the A Level Academy is the best decision that I’ve ever made. Originally, I wanted to pursue a career as an Aircrewman but unfortunately having asthma prevented me from doing this, so I decided to look at another route that would fuel my interest in business.

Not only have I made some amazing friends but I have secured a place at my fi rst choice university, University of Liverpool, studying International Business after achieving A,B,C. I hope to work within accounting or finance one day."

"It takes me over an hour and a half to get to College every day but I do it because I have made some amazing friends from so many different backgrounds and the A Level Academy has such a great community environment.

I really enjoy A level Business and how the topics we study are relevant to the current economic climate. I can’t wait to start my degree in International Business at University of Salford in September."

"I find A level Law really interesting, especially learning about criminal law and although studying A levels has been challenging at times, it has also been rewarding. I have progressed so much, not just academically but as a person. I have become more independent and have gained the confi dence to take me forward in my career.

I have accepted an offer at Liverpool John Moores, to study a degree in Law so that I can work towards becoming a qualifi ed Solicitor."
