WorldHost - Principles of Customer Service Course

The World Host 'Principles of Customer Service' course will give you the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver excellent customer service, giving your business the excellent reputation it deserves.

This course is ideal for any member of staff that has day-to-day interaction with customers - whether they're an assistant, supervisor, department head or director. It's also relevant to staff in non-customer-facing roles to improve internal communication.

When will I start the course and how long will it take?

This course has various start dates. You will need to attend College for one day.

If required, discreet dates for employers can also be set.

During this course you will study the following:

  • Communication and listening skills to create excellent rapport with customers
  • Generating revenue for your business through customer service excellence

How is it assessed?

There is no formal assessment. The aim of this course is to upskill and improve your knowledge of customer service.

There are no formal entry requirements. All you will need is commitment and enthusiasm.

The total cost of this course is £150.00 per day.
