Level 3 extended diploma Health and Social Care students have been recognised for their hard work, classroom contributions and assessment quality at an end of year Awards Ceremony.

The award for most improved student went to Kyle Robinson who was acknowledged for turning around his grade profile, achieving a place at university to achieve his dream of becoming a primary school teacher.

The outstanding achievement award went to Beth Dowling who took a leave of absence for her pregnancy but still achieved the highest grade possible of D*D*D* and now has a place at university to study adult nursing.

High Achiever awards for top grades were awarded to Zoe Ellison, Joseph Darracott, Emma Mather and Emily McLean.

Overall Student of the Year went to Kate Vasey who has completed the course with the highest grade possible D*D*D* and has gained a place at University studying adult nursing.
