Justin Williams in chef whitesI have been a chef for the last 14 years. I have an unrelenting passion for cooking and I love what I do.

My first experience of fine dining was at The Hillbark Hotel where I fell in love with it and took the conscious decision to try and gain experience in different formats and environments.

This prompted a move to Cornwall where I gained a position at The Nare, a top luxury hotel rated by the AA as the best hotel in Cornwall every year for the last 15 years. I then moved to Southampton and worked at The Plough Inn, Longparish - the proud owner of a Bib Gourmand and the 26th best pub to eat at in England.

I am currently Acting Head Chef at the Leverhulme Hotel and Spa, Merseyside’s highest rated four star hotel. Later this year, I am moving onto Haigh Hall in Wigan to head up the kitchen there.
