HospLast week our Catering and Hospitality students attended Anfield Stadium, to help host a fine dining fundraising dinner for over 150 people. Our students worked alongside some of the industry’s top chefs, including Anfield’s Executive Chef, Chris Marshall, Lisa Allen, Executive Chef at Michelin star Northcote Restaurant and many more. 

Hops2Our Hospitality students worked to prepare the function room for the prestegious evening whilst Catering students helped to prepare deserts for guests.
