Clown and Mime - Find Your Inner Clown

This course is suitable for students aged 19 and over.

Dawn French, Catherine Tate and Sacha Baron Cohen are just some of the big names who have successfully found and embraced their inner clown, which we all have buried inside!

Come and have fun, be silly, be outrageous, laugh and cry on a journey of personal discovery.

Building your confidence, empathy and spontaneity are just some of the possible outcomes from this short course.

When will I start the course and how long will it take?

The course will start on Wednesday 29th June and will take two days to complete. You will attend college on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th June from 9.30am - 5.00pm.

The course takes place at St Helens College, Town Centre Campus, St Helens, WA10 1PP.

How is it assessed?

There is no formal assessment. You will be given feedback based on your progress with suggestions and guidance for areas for improvement. As with all our leisure courses the main emphasis is to come along and enjoy the course!

Do I need any previous qualifications to start this course?

There are no formal entry requirements. All you will need is commitment and enthusiasm.

What are the course fees?

The cost of this course is £50. However, course fees are dependent on your personal circumstances and you may be eligible for funding. More information is available upon enquiry.

What can I go on to do once I have completed this course?

You may wish to progress on to another Art School short course or alternatively, an accredited qualification in creative arts, which will allow you to practice your skills in the industry.
