The students worked alongside James and four other top UK chefs; Adam Reid, Ellis Barrie, Chris Rawlinson, andMatt Hagan, many of whomhave appeared on BBC’s Great BritishMenu, to create a spectacular four- course dining experience. James commended all the students for their enthusiasmand commitment to the event.
