BUSINESS Level 3National ExtendedDiploma Business What will I study? This two-year coursewill provide youwith the theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of the business sector. Youwill explore a range of topics such as personal and business finance, recruitment and selection andwill also have the opportunity to pitch a newbusiness idea, develop and execute your ownmarketing campaign and plan andmanage your own event. What will I need? You should have fiveGCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and/or maths. Progression You could accrue up to 168UCASTariffPoints to take you to university. Youmay choose to progress on to University Centre St Helens to study HNDBusiness (Management). Throughout this one-year course, you will develop your skills, knowledge and understanding of business functions, environments and operations in a practical way that is relevant to today’s work environment. You will also develop transferable skills such as teamwork, problem-solving and independent study while gaining valuable work experience. What will I need? You should have four GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English or maths. Progression You could progress on to the level 3National ExtendedDiploma inBusiness.
