Free Bus Travel

If you are aged 16-18 and on a full-time course, we provide a FREE Arriva bus pass for the whole academic year, which you can use every weekday during term time.

If you are unable to travel using an Arriva pass, you may be eligible for Mersey Travel bus pass, or you may receive assistance towards the cost of alternative travel.

If you are aged 19+, you may be eligible for assistance towards travel costs. This could be a free bus pass, a discounted bus pass or help with travel expenses.

You can find out more about getting to college by downloading our Travelling to College booklet, or if you have any questions, please contact a member of the Bursary Fund Team on financialsupport@sthelens.ac.uk / 01744 733766.

Free College Lunch, Kit and Equipment

You may be entitled to a free lunch at any of the College’s catering outlets, which is available every day, when you are timetabled to attend college.
