Level 2 Diploma in Animal Management students had a fantastic opportunity to explore The Predator Experience at Grange-over-Sands as part of their behaviour module. Students walked through the forest with Timber Wolf Hybrids, Harris Hawks and Eagle Owls.

Helen Murphy, Animal Management Unit Manager, said, "This trip really highlights to students the importance of applying the knowledge and skills they have gained to a real, work context. Students explored the domestication of the wolf, body language of predators as well as how they have evolved and interact with their environment."

Students at St Helens College regularly undertake work experience as part of their course to develop valuable employability skills to help prepare them for the world of work.
