Sophie King

Level 2 Diploma in Floristry

Sophie King“When I first joined St Helens College, I was interested in studying hospitality and after completing my level 2 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service and level 3 Diploma in Supervision, I soon realised that these new skills could help me to launch a career as an Event Planner. Trying to decide what type of Event Planner I would like to be was difficult but I love weddings and the idea of creating one that is special and unique to the bride and groom is what encouraged me to complete the level 2 Diploma in Floristry. The tutors were amazing and the course is practical based so I was always getting stuck in, creating floral bouquets and arrangements!”
