"As a qualified PE Teacher, I chose to study this course at the College as it has an excellent reputation for sport and fitness. It also provided a strong foundation for entry on to the level 3 Diploma in GP Referral – a qualification which would then enable me to subscribe exercise safely to people with medical conditions.
Having completed the course, I have started a gentle exercise group within the Dovecot community, called ‘Happy Hearts’. I’ve also been asked by Age UK to deliver sessions throughout the summer, to improve their clients physical, mental and social health!"
