Stephanie embedI hope that my passion for food will never fade.

I have always wanted to be in the kitchen, even from a young age I loved making cakes with my Gran.

I joined St Helens College from school, and I began learning about lots of different cooking techniques. I gained work experience in a number of jobs before taking up a position in the Lake District.

Here I worked in an amazing hotel with a group of fantastic chefs who I have learnt so much from. I have worked hard and managed to work my way up. I now prepare and cook mostly on the starter section. Being able to plate up a dish that looks too good to eat, which tastes amazing and generally makes the guests happy, is the best reward at the end of the day.
