Galliford Try place a great emphasis on their people and wellbeing, so I wanted to gain the knowledge to offer advice, guidance, counselling and support to our staff. We have now established a health and wellbeing forum to support our employees and subcontractors. The course has offered me a different perspective on both my life and the lives of others. I look forward to continuing my learning at the College by progressing on to the level 3.
