Our Public and Uniformed Services Tutor, Rachel, recently completed a charity squat challenge to help raise vital money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

She joined forces with a group of women from across the country through a Facebook group to complete 2800 squats throughout February helping to raise awareness of the charity.

Rachel wanted to get involved with the challenge having been personally affected by cancer within her family and knowing that it is something that almost every family is touched by.

The challenge was completed by 1000s of people across the country and has raised a staggering £1,595,217 for the Teenager Cancer Trust. Check out this amazing video of Rachel and her fellow fundraisers!

Well done to all those who took part!
