Last week, we encouraged our students and staff to take part in a physical, mental, and enjoyable challenge each day to help improve their mental fitness in aid of Mental Health Awareness week.

Some of the physical challenges included going for a 15-minute walk and running, whilst some mental challenges tested their memory. The enjoyable challenges included meeting a friend for a chat and spending 30 minutes undertaking a hobby.
