Our Public and Uniformed Services department hosted its annual careers fair, welcoming representatives from across the sector to give students from all curriculum areas an idea of the different career opportunities available to them.
The event welcomed visitors from the Royal Navy, 167 Catering Support Regiment, Merseyside Police, Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service, the Mercian Regiment and the Royal Air Force.
Each exhibitor provided a real glimpse into the industry, bringing with them a range of specialised equipment and interactive activities, including a rock-climbing wall, shooting range and reflex training machine!
The event allowed the students to meet industry experts and to ask those all-important questions, seeking advice on job roles and entry requirements.
