The National Student Survey (NSS) 2024 is now open!

The National Student Survey (NSS) is an independent survey that is aimed at final-year undergraduate students in the UK.

The NSS runs annually and the 2024 survey is open from 8th January to 30th April 2024. Students are asked to reflect on their experience at university or college across a range of areas including teaching quality, learning opportunities, academic support, organisation and management, learning resources, learning community, student voice and overall satisfaction.

If you are in your final year of studying on a course leading to undergraduate credits or qualifications, you could be eligible. Go to to find out if you can take part in the survey.

  • Responses will remain anonymous to your university or college.
  • The survey is run independently by Ipsos.
