FdSc Exercise, Health and Fitness

This Foundation Degree covers a diverse range of topics that influence health, fitness and wellbeing. It examines the effect of lifestyle choices on health and the psychological determinants that influence lifestyle choices and the strategies that can be used to shape positive behaviour change.
