If you've thought about a career in the games industry developing characters, assets, environments and 3D models, then you should take a look at our Game Art courses. You will learn a wide variety of skills that could allow you to progress within this exciting environment, whilst using industry standard software within our multimedia work stations.

We offer a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma at St Helens College and a full BA (Hons) degree delivered at University Centre St Helens. During your time with us you will benefit from dedicated computer suites and industry standard software to enhance your learning experience and provide a platform for you to enter into the computer games industry and related creative industries. 

The North West is an important centre for the game development industry and we have links with local industry, located centrally in a region that has a cluster of games companies. In the last three years, graduates from our degree course have gained employment with Rebellion and Sony in Liverpool, Travellers' Tales in Knutsford and TT Fusion in Wilmslow.
