Business Development Manager
Paula has years of experience working across a variety of industries, for organisations, both big and small.
Her expertise extends from apprenticeship recruitment, grant and funding advice for levy and non-levy organisations, bespoke training solutions and supporting the curriculum teams that deliver our programmes.
This skill set enables her to identify business opportunities and deliver growth through training, to the employers we work in partnership with.
Jemima Porter-Lawson
Business Development Sales Executive
Jemima has a wealth of experience in apprentice recruitment and onboarding and is a key account manager, with expertise in engineering, early years and business and professional apprenticeships.
Her skills and knowledge extend to working closely to shape curriculum in alignment with employer needs and regional skills gaps.
Jemima is extremely knowledgeable in supporting employers with using the Apprenticeship Digital Service, grant claims and funding.
Sarah Bell
Business Development and Apprentice Recruitment Co-ordinator
Sarah is the main point of contact for enquiries from employers who are looking to take on an apprentice.
As part of her role, Sarah also manages the recruitment for apprenticeship vacancies, provides advice and guidance to those who wish to become an apprentice and delivers apprenticeship presentations and information sessions throughout the College and at local events.
