Burns WEBLast weekend our staff and students hosted an evening of celebration for Burns Night at our Colours Restaurant, where our catering students prepared Scottish themed dishes, including a roasted rib of Scottish beef and a cured smoked Scottish salmon! 

Our Hospitality students helped to prepare the restaurant for service, and offered our customers the very best fine dining experience!
