We were thrilled to welcome former Hospitality student, Stephanie, who came in to College to talk to our Level 2 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service students about their options after they complete their course.

Stephanie completed her course in 2014 and has led an exciting career, utilising the skills she learnt during her course in a variety of industries.

After finishing her course, Stephanie went on to secure a employment at Mercure Hotels and has since remained at the company, progressing into a career as Master of Ceremonies at Mercure.

During her visit, the students got to hear about different career options and tips on how to start off in the industry. Stephanie spoke about her personal experiences of how she's used the transferable skills and knowledge she gained throughout her career, in both hospitality and customer service roles.
