Our Carpentry and Painting and Decorating students recently had the opportunity to go behind the scenes with Vextrix and Northern Railway at their Lea Green Train Station redevelopment project in St Helens!
During their visit the students got an exclusive tour of the site from Vextrix Director, Anthony, and their main contractor Casey who gave the students a glimpse of what life is like working on a large construction project like this.
The students came away with lots of great advice about careers and an insight into what their future careers could look like in the industry.
